WAX APPOINTMENTS

• 50% service fee for cancelling without rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment

• 100% service fee for no call/no show

• 5 minute late policy, all or some services will be canceled

  PMU/Tattoo APPOINTMENTS

• deposits are NON-refundable

• 100% service fee for no-call or no-show

• $50 added to service after 2 reschedules from initial booking

• Service will be cancelled after 3 reschedules from initial booking & new deposit required

• 72 hour notice required for rescheduling

• $100 fee for rescheduling 72 hours before appointment

• $100 non-refundable required for all PMU appointment deposit

• 50% cost of service for cancelling without rescheduling within 72hrs of appointment
