HxH Studios Membership Terms & Conditions: By enrolling in an HxH Studios membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Membership Use

    1. Memberships are for individual use only.

    2. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

    3. Benefits are tied to the member account only.

  2. What’s Included

    1. Memberships include the services and benefits outlined at the time of enrollment.

    2. Services not listed are not included and will be billed separately.

    3. Membership benefits have no cash value.

  3. Billing & Payments

    1. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis using the payment method on file.

    2. By enrolling, you authorize HxH Studios to charge your card automatically.

    3. You are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.

    4. Failed or declined payments may result in paused benefits or cancellation.

    5. HxH Studios reserves the right to update membership pricing with advance notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

  4. Technology & Third-Party Services

    1. HxH Studios is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or scheduling systems beyond its control.

    2. Temporary outages or billing delays do not invalidate membership terms.

  5. Commitment & Cancellation

    1. Memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel after the initial 3-month period.

    2. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Hairlessbyhannah@gmail.com 

    3. Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months.

    4. Memberships remain active and billable during the notice period.

  6. Appointments & Scheduling

    1. Appointments must be scheduled according to availability.

    2. Standard cancellation, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling policies apply.

    3. Missed appointments or late cancellations result in lost membership benefits for that period.

  7. Rollover & Expiration

    1. Membership benefits are intended for regular use.

    2. Unused services roll over for one month only.

    3. Benefits expire upon cancellation of the membership.

    4. Unused services have no cash value and may not be exchanged or credited after expiration.

  8. Provider Availability

    1. Membership does not guarantee access to a specific provider.

    2. Providers may change due to scheduling, licensing, or availability.

    3. HxH Studios reserves the right to assign or reassign providers as needed.

    4. All services are provided within the scope of each provider’s professional license and clinical judgment. Membership does not override provider discretion.

  9. Client Responsibility

    1. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to services.

    2. HxH Studios reserves the right to refuse services if they are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

    3. Clients must maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.

    4. Membership does not change existing clinic policies, including conduct, safety, and child supervision requirements.

  10. Termination by HxH Studios

    1. HxH Studios may suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.

    2. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

  11. Results Disclaimer

    1. Individual results vary.

    2. Memberships do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  12. Changes to Membership Terms

    1. HxH Studios may update membership terms with reasonable notice.

    2. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

  13. Legal Stuff

    1. Memberships are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

    2. These terms represent the entire agreement between HxH Studios and the member.

    3. HxH Studios may assign or transfer this membership agreement in the event of a business sale, merger, or restructuring.

    4. Certain terms, including billing obligations, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions, survive cancellation or termination of the membership.

    5. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

These Terms are incorporated by reference into all HxH Membership enrollments.
