HxH Studios Package Terms & Conditions: By purchasing a HxH Studios package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What a Package Is

1. A package is a one-time prepaid purchase that includes a set number of services.

2. Packages are not memberships and do not auto-renew.

3. Purchasing a package does not create an ongoing commitment.

2. Package Use

1. Packages are for individual use only.

2. Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared or gifted.

3. Package services must be used by the individual listed on the account.

3. What’s Included

1. Packages include only the services specifically listed at the time of purchase.

2. Services not included in the package will be billed separately.

3. Package services have no cash value.

4. Pricing & Future Price Changes

1. Package pricing is locked in at the time of purchase.

2. Future price increases do not affect previously purchased packages.

3. Packages may not be upgraded, repriced, or credited toward higher-priced services after purchase.

5. Payment & Refunds

1. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

2. All package purchases are non-refundable.

3. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused services.

4. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of remaining package services.

6. Expiration & Use

1. Packages must be used within one year from the purchase date.

2. Unused services expire after that period.

3. Expired services cannot be redeemed, credited, or extended unless approved in writing by HxH.

4. Clients are responsible for scheduling services before the package expires.

7. Gifting Packages

1. Packages may be purchased as a gift at the time of purchase only.

2. Gifted packages must be assigned to a specific recipient when purchased.

3. Once assigned, gifted packages are non-transferable and may not be re-gifted.

4. Gifted packages are subject to the same terms, expiration dates, and policies as all packages.

5. The purchaser is not entitled to refunds or credits if the recipient does not use the package.

6. HxH Studios is not responsible for lost, unused, or unredeemed gifted packages.

8. Appointments & Scheduling

1. Appointments are subject to availability.

2. Standard cancellation, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and no-show policies apply.

3. Missed appointments or late cancellations may count as a used service.

4. Arriving late may shorten your service time.

5. Package purchase does not guarantee priority scheduling.

9. Provider Discretion & Safety

1. All services are provided at the discretion of the provider and within their licensed scope.

2. Providers may decline or modify services if they are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. If a service cannot be performed for clinical or safety reasons, that service may be forfeited and is not eligible for refund.

10. Substitutions

1. Service substitutions are not guaranteed.

2. If approved, substitutions must be of equal or lesser value.

3. No refunds or credits will be issued for value differences.

11. Provider Availability

1. Packages do not guarantee access to a specific provider.

2. Providers may change due to scheduling, licensing, or availability.

12. Client Responsibility

1. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to services.

2. Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is required at all times.

3. Packages do not change clinic policies.

13. Promotions & Discounts

1. Packages may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

2. Promotional packages may have different terms.

14. Force Majeure

1. HxH Studios is not responsible for service delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond its control, including provider illness, facility closures, natural disasters, or government orders.

2. These events do not automatically extend package expiration dates.

15. No Modifications

1. Packages may not be split, shared, paused, or modified.

2. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted only at HxH’s Studios discretion.

16. Results Disclaimer

1. Individual results vary.

2. Package purchases do not guarantee specific outcomes.

17. Legal Stuff

1. Certain provisions, including payment obligations and liability limitations, survive package expiration.

2. Package purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

3. These terms represent the entire agreement related to the package purchase.

4. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
